Overview
Growing up, James Cann knew he wanted to be a lawyer one day like his grandfather and father. Today, James has been providing counsel for more than 40 years.
James practices in our Clarksburg office, counseling clients in a wide range of business matters. He has extensive experience in real estate, oil and gas, wills and estates, and corporate, business, and municipal law. In addition, he is a former Harrison County Mental Hygiene Commissioner.
“I listen to my clients and understand their circumstances to advise and lead them through the transaction process.”
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife Sally, their three children and four grandchildren. He loves West Virginia, and when he’s not with family or cheering on the Mountaineers, you’ll find him running, swimming, biking and golfing.
