Overview
Growing up, Richard Marsh recalls wanting to become an attorney after watching his grandfather try to determine the boundaries of his family's hunting property. He's been practicing for more than ten years, primarily in the areas of trust and estate planning, administration and litigation; real property; general business representation; and bankruptcy and creditor representation.
"I am most passionate about helping people with their estate plans. With simple estate planning, major obstacles could be eliminated or at least greatly minimized. I like it when I can put someone's mind at ease and help them through their problem."
Outside of work, Richard is an avid BBQer and WVU football and basketball fan. You can find him on law school hill at 7 a.m., manning the grill on home game days.
