Overview
Mark Robinson has over 25 years of experience and has tried over 70 cases – primarily healthcare-related cases for physicians and nursing homes. Not surprisingly, Mark focuses his practice on just that – the defense of nursing homes and other long-term care facilities as well as physicians and nurses.
The litigation process can be daunting. However, Mark’s experience and skills ensure his clients’ goals are clearly understood and met. He works hard to resolve cases early, thus reducing costs and fees, but he is not afraid to aggressively take a case to trial if that is the best strategy.
“It’s what I enjoy most about being a lawyer – the trial.”
From legally to medically complex issues, Mark is an accomplished trial lawyer able to command a courtroom. Throughout his impressive career, he has defended nursing homes, orthopedic surgeons, internists, obstetricians, gynecologists, general surgeons, and many other professionals.
Outside the courtroom, Mark coaches cross country for John Adams Middle School and George Washington High School. He is also the proud father of two loving, funny daughters.
