Michaela Cloutier Named to Product Liability Advisory Council “Future Leaders”

Michaela Cloutier, an associate in Flaherty’s Charleston office, was admitted to the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) as a part of their “Future Leaders” program. PLAC helps manufacturers, distributors, and retailers manage the present and prepare for what’s next in an increasingly complex legal environment. A respected and influential organization, PLAC membership is an honor and recognition of an attorney’s experience in product liability law.

Michaela graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2021 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English from Yale University. She was a summer associate at Flaherty in 2019 and 2020 before officially joining our complex tort and product liability practice group.
