Jason Proctor Selected as a Member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel 

Attorney Jason Proctor has been accepted as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Membership is limited, selective, and by nomination only and extended following a comprehensive vetting process to those who have differentiated themselves professionally and personally and earned exemplary reputations among their peers.

With an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, Jason brings a unique perspective on problem-solving. He has nearly a decade of experience and is a member of Flaherty’s Complex Tort and Product Liability group.

In addition to his membership in the FDCC, Jason is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC), Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, where he serves as Chair of the Product Liability Subcommittee. Additionally, Jason has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch since 2021 for product liability litigation.
