Jason A. Proctor Joins PLAC Future Leaders

Jason Proctor was recently welcomed by PLAC as a member of their new Future Leaders group. With an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, Jason brings a unique perspective on problem-solving. In practice since 2013, his main focus is Products Litigation – primarily the defense of automotive and medical device manufacturers.

PLAC (formerly the Product Liability Advisory Council) is an invitation-only association of product manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and select regulatory, litigation and appellate professionals who work to shape the common law of product liability and complex regulation, provide guidance on changing regulations, and strategically help corporations manage risk throughout the entire product lifecycle.
