On January 25, 2023, Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC partners Ted Martin and Amy Rothman Malone obtained a defense verdict in a medical negligence case following a three-day trial in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, Honorable Maryclaire Akers presiding.
