The United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia issued an opinion on March 13, 2018, granting an aircraft engine manufacturer’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Robert C. James and Mitchell B. Tuggle were counsel for the aircraft engine manufacturer.
