Erica Baumgras will be co-presenting “Insurance Coverage in the #metoo Age” at the Spring 2019 USLAW NETWORK Client Conference. This session features a discussion of insurance coverage litigation involving #metoo claims. Topics include the declaratory judgment action pending against Harvey Weinstein, how insurance coverage disputes affect the defense and resolution of claims, best practices for corporations facing such claims, and the impact on the insurance industry. Erica will focus on professional liability insurance (legal and medical) and commercial general liability insurance coverage and some of the issues arising out of those policies.
