Services

Morgan Villers joined Flaherty’s Charleston office in 2018. She focuses her practice on professional malpractice defense, as well as commercial and general litigation. As a member of our healthcare law practice group, Morgan has defended an array of healthcare professionals and hospitals against medical professional liability claims. She has also defended attorneys and other professionals accused of malpractice or breach of contract in their fields.

With proven legal writing abilities and well-honed research skills, Morgan ensures our clients’ interests are well-represented from every angle throughout the course of litigation. “My clients can rest assured that no stone is left unturned, no matter the complexity of a legal issue.” Morgan understands the stress and anxiety that litigation inflicts on clients. Therefore, she prioritizes listening to their concerns and ensuring they understand the relevant legal issues and processes to help them achieve the best results possible.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys cheering on the West Virginia University basketball team, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
