With more than 35 years of experience providing legal counsel to health care, non-profit and corporate clients, Michele Grinberg focuses her practice on non-litigation healthcare law. Her knowledge and love of problem-solving make her insight and advice invaluable.

Michele’s clients benefit from top-level research, thinking, presentation of options and the willingness to work with groups. From drafting legislation and state rules to enacting tort reform and working with physicians’ health programs to revising bylaws and policies, she brings resolution without litigation.

Michele has a commitment to non-profits, having served as Board Chair for the United Way of Central West Virginia and currently serving as Board Chair for the General Service Board of A.A., for the U.S. and Canada. In addition, Michele is an avid skier and loves the West Virginia mountains.
