In particular, emphasis was placed on the comments underlying each of the rules. Discussions centered on the various ethical issues that routinely confront defense lawyers in their practice and strategic suggestions were offered to help navigate the ethical issues.
Tim is a member in the Charleston, West Virginia office of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, and focuses his practice on employment law and civil rights. His experience extends to commercial litigation, product litigation and general insurance defense work. He regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts, the West Virginia Human Rights Commission, and the federal EEOC.
