Flaherty Welcomes Three New Associates
Mina Ghantous has been practicing law since 2012 when she began a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Phillip D. Gaujot of the 17th Judicial Circuit. She joins Flaherty’s Morgantown office and focuses her practice on professional liability, long term care, and employment litigation. Mina earned her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
Jason Holliday recently joined the firm’s Charleston office. He is a 2015 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law. He received his bachelor of arts degree in political science from DePaul University in Chicago. Jason’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, and deliberate intent.
Jordan Palmer has joined Flaherty’s Wheeling office. He is a 2015 graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He received his bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and political science from West Virginia University in 2012. Jason’s practice focuses on defending claims of medical professional liability in addition to commercial and general litigation.
