Steve Brooks brings four decades of experience to Flaherty. He is a native West Virginian, and currently practices  in our Wheeling office. His areas of focus include: Complex Civil Litigation, Professional Negligence Defense Litigation, Commercial Law and Employment Law, representing banks, hospitals, physicians, lawyers, other professionals and small- and mid-sized businesses.

Steve has been a principal in forming corporations and served as the organizer of a state banking corporation – on which he currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also teaches and lectures – sharing his wealth of knowledge with others.
