Services

With more than 25 years of experience, Sam Fox knows healthcare law. His areas of focus include medical malpractice defense, risk management, risk avoidance/education and health care licensing.

When it comes to medical and health care-related defense, experience is paramount. Sam Fox has a wealth of knowledge, understanding, insight and strategic thinking to apply to each and every one of his clients’ cases.

“I have focused my practice on the defense of medical malpractice cases almost exclusively since 1989. I’ve handled thousands of claims and cases. Rarely does an issue appear that I haven’t dealt with before.”

Outside of work, Sam enjoys coaching sports, including a high school soccer team that went undefeated and was ranked #11 in the nation in 2012. That same year, he was voted West Virginia High School Soccer Coach of the Year. In addition, Sam serves as President of the Kanawha-Charleston Soccer Foundation.
