Ray Harrell joined Flaherty’s Charleston office in 2016 after serving as a summer associate there for two years. His practice focuses on employment law, workplace liability, deliberate intent law, and commercial/general litigation. Ray defends business clients, municipalities, and individuals in a variety of claims.

“Having been fascinated with the law and its role in our everyday lives from a young age, I’ve always known that I wanted to be an attorney. The opportunity to focus that passion into securing successful results for our clients is my motivation. ”

With a natural ability to put clients at ease, Ray understands the importance of listening in order to fully understand his clients’ needs and develop meaningful solutions to their problems.

Outside of the office, Ray enjoys traveling, fishing, golfing, kayaking, and spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs.
