Nate Tawney has defended clients, many of them in West Virginia’s toughest jurisdictions, since 2001 and he is a practitioner with wide-ranging experience. In addition to serving as Assistant General Counsel to the firm, Nate represents and counsels clients in commercial and contract matters, transportation litigation, “deliberate intent” litigation, and construction and regulatory matters.  Nate also assists clients with governmental matters including revising and drafting legislation.

From cases in Coal, Gas, Timber, Construction, and Mining to Professional Malpractice, Employment Law, Appellate work and regulatory matters, Nate is the skilled and experienced attorney clients want on their side.
