Lindsey’s Secretary

Sheri Kyle

Lindsey Saad joined Flaherty in the fall of 2009. Her practice focuses on long term care and product litigation, with a special emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.

“I enjoy getting into the details in litigation, which is why I am most passionate about managing and working on large, complex cases that require special attention to detail.”

Listening closely and having frank conversations with clients allows Lindsey to find the best case strategy to get results. “I look at the facts of the case and also at outside influences that may affect the outcome.”

Outside of work, Lindsey is passionate about dressage – a discipline of horseback riding. She and her horse, Inspekteur Gadget, have earned many notable achievements.
