Services

Lindsey Saad joined Flaherty in the fall of 2009 and has developed a broad defense practice. Lindsey’s practice includes the representation of health care providers, long-term care facilities, product manufacturers and distributors, and others facing allegations of liability for a catastrophic personal injury.  She frequently defends multinational companies in complex claims involving product liability, transportation, healthcare, and wrongful death cases, with particular experience in cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Lindsey is comfortable litigating in state and federal court, including multidistrict litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including case strategy and development, depositions, expert witness preparation, motion practice and trial. Lindsey’s most recent trial resulted in a defense verdict for a nursing home in the Circuit Court of Marion County. Lindsey‘s attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information allows her to find the key facts to develop the best strategies and defenses for her clients.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending her time at the barn with her dressage horse Ignatius.
