Joining the firm in 2010, Keith Hoover works in our Business & Insurance Litigation and Construction Law practice groups.

“One of my favorite things is when a client comes to me with a problem no one else has been able to solve. Thinking beyond the usual and into creative approaches helps my clients and I fix things when others may say there’s no way.”

Keith has successfully represented businesses in breach of contract actions and commercial arbitrations, obtained voluntary dismissal for a design professional, won summary judgment for insurance companies in coverage disputes and for employers in deliberate intent cases and helped achieve successful defense verdicts at trial. “I listen and work hand-in-hand with my clients to get the results they want.”

Outside of the office, Keith is a leader and musician at his church and enjoys spending time with family. He particularly enjoys fly fishing, kayaking and outdoor adventure in Pocahontas County with his wife and children.
