Jordan V. Palmer joined Flaherty’s Wheeling office in 2015. His practice includes personal injury defense and commercial litigation, with a focus on medical negligence cases.
“I enjoy the practice of law because I enjoy applying creative solutions to problems.” Jordan has represented a variety of clients with different interests, which has given him insight into helping them meet their goals. “I understand that our clients want to be heard, and our firm understands that our clients want practical business and litigation advice that helps them reach their goals not only in a single case but allows them to thrive in the long term.”
Licensed in West Virginia and Ohio, Jordan has had the opportunity to practice in courts throughout both of these states, along with Federal Court.
Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys travel with his wife Megan, is an avid racquetball player, and enjoys board games with friends and family.
