Jason Holliday became an attorney because he enjoys a challenge. He joined Flaherty in 2015 largely due to the team mentality that is such an integral part of our culture. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, and deliberate intent.

Having worked as a police dispatcher for over six years, Jason has come to realize the vital importance of listening in providing immediate and effective service. “By actively listening to my clients, I can more effectively help them reach their legal objectives.”

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys cooking, restoring furniture, and spending time with his family.
