Overview

A highly skilled negotiator, Tyler Dinsmore has been with the firm for 30 years. He serves as our Managing Member and Chairs the Complex Tort and Product Liability Group – concentrating his skill in the complex world of asbestos defense.

Tyler has managed more than 50,000 suits against product manufacturers and contractors in asbestos litigation, including a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Presently, Tyler serves on the Audit Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of West Virginia and Trustee of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. He is also actively involved in Legal Aid and Manna Meal. A devoted husband, father and father-in-law,  Tyler also enjoys fly-fishing and hunting with his Llewellyn Setters.
