Overview

With the firm since its inception, Ted Martin concentrates his practice in medical malpractice defense, health care law, and medical professional licensure and discipline. He is the former Chair of our Health Care Practice Group and currently serves on the firm’s Management Committee.

Ted is a lead trial attorney, among the best in West Virginia and the country, handling matters for doctors and hospitals. He has also handled more professional licensure and discipline matters than any other attorney in the state.

“It is critically important to listen to my clients to strategize and provide counsel to best defend the issues at hand – based on the client’s situation, dilemma and needs.”

For Ted, practicing law is about more than winning cases – it is about personal relationships with his clients. And being there with clear thinking and proven results to help them through difficult times, both professionally and personally.
