Brad Bury joined Flaherty in 2011. He represents lending institutions in all facets of their daily business, including real estate transactions and litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

“My goal is to create peace of mind for my clients so they can focus on creating a healthy business climate and economic growth in the community.”

With hands-on deposition and courtroom experience, Brad is skilled at developing litigation strategies and working up cases from pre-litigation through trial.

Brad received his undergraduate degree in business finance from the University of Cincinnati, where he started and lettered for the U.C. football team. He went on to attain his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Dayton while concurrently working for the Honorable Judge Nick Kuntz in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court and the University of Dayton Office of Legal Affairs.
