With more than 23 years’ experience, Andy Cooke is an integral part of our team. He focuses his practice on product litigation, commercial and business litigation – a leader in complex trials.

Andy has helped his clients obtain defense verdicts in tough cases, and he always works to find efficient resolutions where possible to avoid protracted and expensive litigation. His trial practice focuses on counseling some of the world’s most renowned companies in product litigation, commercial litigation, mass tort, and class action matters among others. Whether hired to prevent a dispute, to resolve one by agreement, or to win the dispute at trial, Andy strives to take care of his clients’ concerns. In litigation, his approach quickly informs the trial decision and the strategy in the case — producing the best possibility for efficiency and success.

Andy practices before all West Virginia Trial Courts, the United States District Courts, Federal Appeals Courts, and where admitted pro hac vice outside of West Virginia. He has tried cases to jury verdicts for his clients in State and Federal Courts, inside and outside of West Virginia.
